Hey Matt, thanks for your kind words! I have taken a look at your website and at first glance I like what you are doing content wise and you have awesome photos to share! Just a few things came to my mind: 1. There isn’t much to move on to after finishing the post. Only the next or previous post. This could be changed with related posts, a sidebar or links to your categories.
2. You talk a lot about yourself in your content, which makes sense in your case. However, think about how you can make it more about your potential clients and their needs.
3. You have a lot of stuff going on at the bottom of each post, it’s a bit confusing what to do next. I would reduce the elements and include a clear call to action instead.
Also, one thing about your design: I would increase the font size (at least 16px) and space between the lines of text (at least 2em in your case) to make it more readable. Also, structure your content more with subheadlines.

I managed to reduce my bounce rate from around 85% to under 30% – I was hoping by reducing my bounce rate the avg visit duration would increase.. but its slowing decreasing… so it appears my visitors are viewing more than 1 page but still leaving pretty fast.. would you say this is down to the quality of my content?
