But if that’s not possible then there is an Amtrak train that will get you there in 35-42 mins it leaves from Union Station (DC) and arrives at Penn Station (Balt), or there are a number of bus companies (Greyhound, Megabus, Flixbus, etc) that go between the cities but those usually take over an hour (due to number of stops).
